1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by ProFinish Elite Glass & Keys, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

2. Services Provided

ProFinish Elite Glass & Keys offers automotive cosmetic repair services, including but not limited to:

• Auto glass repair and replacement
• Paintless Dent Removal (PDR)
• Alloy wheel repair and restoration

3. Estimates and Payment

All estimates provided online or over the phone are subject to change upon physical inspection of the vehicle. Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless prior arrangements or insurance direct billing has been established.

4. Warranties

We provide a lifetime warranty on our workmanship (such as leaks on windshield replacements or the permanence of our PDR). This warranty does not cover pre-existing damage, rust, or new damage incurred after our services are completed.

5. Limitation of Liability

ProFinish Elite Glass & Keys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.

6. Text Messaging and Communications
